• You must pick up your activity or dining ticket at the Big Bear Visitors Center at 40824 Big Bear Blvd between 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Sunday.
• Must provide proof of reservation when picking up activity or dining ticket at Big Bear Visitor Center. Acceptable documents include print out of reservation confirmation paperwork or email confirmation via cell phone.
• The name entered into Eventbrite must match the name on the lodging reservation paperwork.
• Must use a gift during the dates of your stay. Activity redemption is based on availability.
